The West Stokes Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host South Stokes Sauras to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Airy for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. West Stokes will play a Granite Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Granite Bears record now stands at 1-3.

The Sauras (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC). The Villains go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Bishop McGuinness went down by Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
