Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host United Lions (Armagh, PA), 10-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Conemaugh Township moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Cambria Heights (Patton, PA) to clash with the Highlanders in a Heritage test on Thursday, August 28. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 2-0. Cambria Heights won 4-3 in their recent league test against West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA)

The Lions now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they host West Shamokin for a Heritage outing on Tuesday, September 2. United will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Cambria Heights (Patton, PA). The Wolves record now stands at 0-2.
