North Carolina High School Soccer - Franklin Academy knocks off Roxboro Community

In Monday's league outing, the visiting Franklin Academy Patriots soccer team scored a good 9-0 triumph over the Roxboro Community Bulldogs.
With the triumph, Franklin Academy improves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Patriots host Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC) to clash with the Raptors in a Diamond Nine 1A/2A/3A test on Wednesday, August 27. The Raptors come into the test with a record of 2-0. Research Triangle won 6-2 in their recent league test against Voyager Academy (Durham, NC)
The Bulldogs now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to NCSSM: Durham for a Diamond Nine 1A/2A/3A test on Wednesday, August 27. Roxboro Community will play a Unicorns squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC). The Unicorns record now stands at 4-0.
