Georgia High School Softball - Ware County drops to Camden County

Camden County Wildcats (Kingsland, GA) fans exited the stadium happy Monday as they observed their softball team notch a victory over the visiting Ware County Gators (Waycross, GA), 11-3 in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Valdosta (Valdosta, GA). The Wildcats go into the 6A Region 1 match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Valdosta gained a win over Bainbridge (Bainbridge, GA), 7-5, in a non-league game.
The Gators now hold a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Long County for a non-league game on Wednesday, August 27. Ware County will play a Blue Tide squad coming off a 17-0 league win over Calvary Day (Savannah, GA). The Blue Tide record now stands at 7-2.
