North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mount Airy Elkin

The Mount Airy Granite Bears volleyball squad (Mount Airy, NC), dropped 3-1 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC)

With the win, Elkin improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Buckin' Elks travel to Starmount (Boonville, NC) to encounter the Rams in a Mountain Valley 2A/3A/4A battle on Tuesday, August 26. The Rams enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Starmount lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC)

The Granite Bears now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Starmount for a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27. Mount Airy will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Elkin (Elkin, NC). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.
