In Monday's league challenge, the host Nicholas County Bluejackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Robertson County Black Devils.

The Bluejackets (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Patrick (Maysville, KY). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, St. Patrick gained a win over Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Black Devils now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewis County for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. Robertson County will play a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Lions record now stands at 0-6.
