The Boyertown Bears (Boyertown, PA) football routed the visiting Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA), 61-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bears face the Exeter Township Eagles (Reading, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 2. Boyertown will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 35-0 non-league win over Daniel Boone (Birdsboro, PA).

The Indians (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Schuylkill Valley (Leesport, PA). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Schuylkill Valley was crushed by Twin Valley (Elverson, PA), 39-12, in a non-league bout.
