In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Trinity Christian Tigers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Victory Christian Eagles.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Christ Covenant (Winterville, NC). The Spartan come into the battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Christ Covenant nudged Faith Christian Academy (Goldsboro, NC), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Suffolk Christian Academy Knights (Suffolk, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 30. Victory Christian will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bethel Assembly Christian Academy (Windsor, NC).
