Oklahoma High School Volleyball - Bixby edged by Edmond Memorial

The Edmond Memorial Bulldogs held off the visiting Bixby Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a non-league test on Friday, August 26. Edmond Memorial will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bentonville (Bentonville, AR). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-1.

The Spartans (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Northside (Fort Smith, AR). The Grizzlies enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Northside was nudged by Bentonville (Bentonville, AR), 3-0, in a league test.
