Texas High School Volleyball - East Central tips Seguin

East Central Hornets (San Antonio, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Southside Cardinals (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 26. East Central will attempt to advance on its 13-8 season record. The Cardinals come into the match with a 7-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to San Antonio Christian (San Antonio, TX).

With the loss, Seguin drops to 12-12 on the campaign. The Matadors host Burbank (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, August 26. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 5-4.
