The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Lewis County Minutemen (Weston, WV) and the visiting Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV), saw Lewis County's soccer squad triumph over Hoover by a margin of 6-0.

The Minutemen now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Trinity Christian for a Freelance test on Tuesday, August 29. Lewis County will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Notre Dame (Clarksburg, WV). The Warriors record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Hoover drops to 1-3 on the season. The Huskies travel to Nitro (Nitro, WV) to meet the Wildcats in a Cardinal test on Thursday, August 31. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-0. Nitro won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Riverside (Belle, WV)
