The Decorah-North Winneshiek Vikings held off the visiting Riceville Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Vikings now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iowa Falls-Alden for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Decorah-North Winneshiek will confront a Cadets team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Ballard (Huxley, IA). The Cadets record now stands at 0-2.

The Wildcats (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Waukon (Waukon, IA). The Indians enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Waukon held off Postville (Postville, IA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
