The Duarte Falcons held off the host San Gorgonio Spartans volleyball team by a score of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Falcons now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bassett for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 29. Duarte will confront a Olympians team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Wilson (Hacienda Heights, CA). The Olympians record now stands at 3-1.

The Spartans (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Ramona (Riverside, CA). The Rams enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Ramona was nudged by Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
