The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Jefferson Area Falcons (Jefferson, OH) and the visiting Edgewood Warriors (Ashtabula, OH), saw Jefferson Area's volleyball squad beat Edgewood by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Jefferson Area upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to Chardon (Chardon, OH) to play the Hilltoppers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Chardon won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Solon (Solon, OH)

The Warriors now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Chardon for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. Edgewood will play a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Solon (Solon, OH). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 1-0.
