Texas High School Volleyball - Fort Bend Clements over Sweeny

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Fort Bend Clements Rangers (Sugar Land, TX) and the visiting Sweeny Bulldogs (Sweeny, TX), saw Fort Bend Clements's volleyball squad beat Sweeny by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Fort Bend Clements upgrades its record to 9-11 on the year. The Rangers travel to Angleton (Angleton, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Angleton won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Bay City (Bay City, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Randle for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29. Sweeny will play a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Columbia (West Columbia, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-2.
