The Herreid/Selby Wolverines topped the visiting North Central Thunder volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's league test.
The Wolverines now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mobridge-Pollock for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 29. Herreid/Selby will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.
The Thunder (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers enter the B Region 2 test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] was knocked off by North Central (Eureka, SD), 3-0, in a non-league test.
