Illinois High School Volleyball - Hinsdale South Metea Valley

The Metea Valley Mustangs topped the visiting Hinsdale South Hornets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oswego East for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 29. Metea Valley will confront a Wolves team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hinsdale South (Darien, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 0-3.

The Hornets (2-4) will now prepare for their test against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors enter the Girls Catholic (GCAC) test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, De La Salle gained a win over Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN), 2-0, in a non-league test.
