In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Trinity Chargers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lamesa Tornadoes.
The Chargers (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Alpine (Alpine, TX). The Bucks come into the non-league battle with a 14-5 record. In their last battle, Alpine achieved victory over Pecos (Pecos, TX), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tornadoes clash with the Trinity Chargers (Midland, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 29. Lamesa will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Chargers come into the battle with a 11-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Alpine (Alpine, TX).
