In Monday's league outing, the visiting Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Penns Valley Area Rams.

The Golden Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats go into the Laurel Highlands outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Huntingdon was overwhelmed by Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA), 5-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Rams confront the Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) in a Laurel Highlands outing, on Wednesday, August 28. Penns Valley Area will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Dragons go into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 4-3 league win over Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA).
