The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Wheatmore was beaten by Asheboro (Asheboro, NC), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Providence Grove Patriots (Franklinville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 28. Ledford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Southern Alamance (Graham, NC).
