The Peninsula Catholic Knights soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Hampton Christian Academy Warriors to 6 in the Knights non-league victory on Monday.
The Knights now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Walsingham Academy for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 28. Peninsula Catholic will play a Trojans squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Hampton Christian Academy moves to 1-2 on the year. The Warriors host StoneBridge (Chesapeake, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a METRO bout on Thursday, August 29. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
