Oklahoma High School Softball - Elgin bounces MacArthur

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Elgin Owls (Elgin, OK) and the visiting MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK), observed Elgin's softball team notch a victory over MacArthur by a final score of 10-0.

The Owls (7-4) will now prepare for their bout against Eisenhower (Lawton, OK). The Eagles go into the 5A District 1 bout with a 0-5 record.

In their next game, the Highlanders battle the Altus Bulldogs (Altus, OK) in a 5A District 1 bout, on Tuesday, August 27. MacArthur will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Prue (Prue, OK).
