The Pirates enter the game with a record of 7-4. Poteau won 8-1 in their recent league game against Checotah (Checotah, OK)

The Tigers now hold a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sallisaw for a 4A District 6 game on Tuesday, August 27. Fort Gibson will play a Black Diamonds squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Broken Bow (Broken Bow, OK). The Black Diamonds record now stands at 1-5.
