In Monday's league test, the Grovetown Warriors (Grovetown, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the host South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA), by a tally of 22-4.

Next, the Warriors meet the Greenbrier Wolfpack (Evans, GA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, August 28. Grovetown will attempt to advance on its 12-1 season record. The Wolfpack go into the test with a 10-1 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Harlem (Harlem, GA).

The Comets (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Heritage (Conyers, GA). The Patriots go into the 6A Region 4 test with a 1-9 record.
