Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 27. Wayne County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Terrors go into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 8-4 non-league loss to Grovetown (Grovetown, GA).

The Yellow Jackets (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Jenkins (Savannah, GA). The Warriors go into the 3A Region 3 challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Jenkins held off Liberty County (Hinesville, GA), 6-3, in a league challenge.
