North Carolina High School Volleyball - Bethany overwhelmed by North Stokes

North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bethany Wolves (Summerfield, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Stokes advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to Elkin (Elkin, NC) to face the Buckin' Elks in a Northwest 1A test on Tuesday, August 27. The Buckin' Elks go into the test with a record of 0-7. Elkin lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against North Surry (Mount Airy, NC)

Next, the Wolves meet the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 28. Bethany will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Sauras enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Alleghany (Sparta, NC).
