In Monday's league match, the Blacksher Bulldogs (Uriah, AL) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Washington County Bulldogs (Chatom, AL), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Clarke County Bulldogs (Grove Hill, AL) in a 2A Area 3 match, on Tuesday, August 27. Blacksher will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to W.S. Neal (East Brewton, AL).
