Virginia High School Volleyball - Narrows can't get by Bland County

Bland County Bears (Rocky Gap, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Bland County improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 1-0. Eastern Montgomery won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Galax (Galax, VA)

The Green Waves now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Graham for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27.
