The Mount de Sales Academy Cavaliers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Central Chargers to 1 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cavaliers now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Piedmont Academy for a GIAA 6AAA outing on Tuesday, August 27. Mount de Sales Academy will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. George's (Milner, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Central drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Greenville (Greenville, GA) to play the Patriots in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 27. The Patriots come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
