Indiana High School Volleyball - Knightstown crushed by Winchester Community

The Winchester Community Golden Falcons prevailed the visiting Knightstown Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's league game.

Next up, the Golden Falcons confront the Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 27. Winchester Community will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Delta (Muncie, IN).

The Panthers (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Anderson Prep Academy (Anderson, IN). The Jets enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Anderson Prep Academy was dropped by Blackford (Hartford City, IN), 3-0, in a non-league game.

Match Summary

The Lady Falcons opened up conference play Monday evening (08-26-24) at the Historic Fieldhouse against the Lady Panthers of Knightstown. In the Varsity Match, the Lady Falcons beat the Lady Panthers 3-0 with the following scores: 25-16, 25-6, 25-16. In the JV Match, the Lady Falcons were also victorious beating the Lady Panthers 2-0 with the following scores: 25-23, 25-20.
The Lady Falcons will be in action Tuesday evening (08-27-24) @ Jay County High School with the JV Match starting at 6:00 pm with the Varsity Match to follow. Come out and support the Lady Falcons. - Coach Matt
