In Monday's non-league match, the Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS) volleyball squad overcame the host Lake Hornets (Lake, MS), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Red Devils battle the Clarkdale Bulldogs (Meridian, MS) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 27. Stringer will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Enterprise (Enterprise, MS).
