In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Thomas Walker Pioneers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Lee Generals.
The Pioneers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Hancock County (Lewisport, KY). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Hancock County lost by Breckinridge County (Harned, KY), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Generals meet the Richlands Blue Tornado (Richlands, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 27. Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
