West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, West Bladen improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Knights host East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 3-1. East Bladen won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Union (Rose Hill, NC)

The Stallions now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Bladen for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. South Columbus will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-5.
