The Heritage Hurricanes volleyball team (Newport News, VA), was knocked off 3-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA)

The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Phoebus (Hampton, VA). The Phantoms enter the Peninsula contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Phoebus was knocked off by Denbigh (Newport News, VA), 3-0, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Hurricanes encounter the Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA) in a Peninsula battle, on Thursday, August 28. Heritage will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
