In Tuesday's league match, the host West Anchorage Eagles flag football squad scored a good 20-0 triumph over the Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds.

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears come into the Cook Inlet match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Bartlett was beaten by Service (Anchorage, AK), 20-6, in a league battle.

The Thunderbirds now have a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Service for a Cook Inlet battle on Wednesday, August 27. Bettye Davis East Anchorage will play a Cougars team coming off a 20-6 league win over Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Cougars record now stands at 5-0.
