The Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA) volleyball held off the visiting Amherst County Lancers (Amherst, VA), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buckingham for a non-league match on Thursday, August 28.
