The Pirates now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hunt for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 28. Corinth Holders will face a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

The Red Rams (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Franklin Academy held off Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC), 4-0, in a league contest.
