In Tuesday's league outing, the host Parkland Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Freedom Patriots.

The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Easton Area (Easton, PA). The Rovers go into the Eastern Penn outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Easton Area got by Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Patriots play the Whitehall Zephyrs (Whitehall, PA) in a Eastern Penn outing, on Thursday, August 28. Freedom will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Zephyrs go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 6-0 league loss to Emmaus (Emmaus, PA).
