The Indian Trail Hawks soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting New Berlin West Vikings to 2 in the Hawks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hawks now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Waukesha West for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 2.
The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Wisconsin Lutheran (Milwaukee, WI). The Vikings come into the Woodland game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Wisconsin Lutheran was overwhelmed by Menomonee Falls (Menomonee Falls, WI), 3-2, in a non-league game.
