Idaho High School Soccer - Shelley knocks off Minico

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Shelley Russets soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Minico Spartans.

The Russets (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Thunder Ridge (Idaho Falls, ID). The Titans go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Thunder Ridge knocked off Blackfoot (Blackfoot, ID), 4-1, in a non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain Home for a 5A Great Basin test on Wednesday, September 3. Minico will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Columbia (Nampa, ID). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
