The Fairland Owls softball team (Fairland, OK), was routed 4-1 in Tuesday's league bout with the visiting Chelsea Dragons (Chelsea, OK)
The Dragons (7-10) will now prepare for their bout against Pawhuska (Pawhuska, OK). The Huskies go into the 2A bout with a 7-7 record. In their last bout, Pawhuska was routed by Hominy (Hominy, OK), 8-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Owls clash with the Welch Wildcats (Welch, OK) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 2. Fairland will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 0-6 record after their 10-3 non-league loss to Afton (Afton, OK).
