In Tuesday's league match, the host Perry Maroons softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Chisholm Longhorns.

The Maroons (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City, OK). The Chargers come into the non-league match with a 10-0 record. In their last match, Heritage Hall notched a victory over Crescent (Crescent, OK), 2-0, in a non-league game.

The Longhorns now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Okarche for a non-league battle on Friday, August 29. Chisholm will confront a Warriors team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Timberlake (Helena, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 6-6.
