Oklahoma High School Softball - Dewey bounces Commerce

The Dewey Bulldoggers (Dewey, OK) softball routed the visiting Commerce Tigers (Commerce, OK), 13-3 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Bulldoggers now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nowata for a non-league outing on Friday, August 29. Dewey will encounter a Ironmen team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Caney Valley (Ramona, OK). The Ironmen record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Commerce drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Tigers host Lincoln Christian (Tulsa, OK) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 3-2. Lincoln Christian lost 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Claremore (Claremore, OK)
