The Elgin Owls (Elgin, OK) softball routed the visiting Western Heights Jets (Oklahoma City, OK), 19-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Owls now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lawton for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2.

With the loss, Western Heights moves to 2-5 on the season. The Jets host MacArthur (Lawton, OK) to encounter the Highlanders in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. The Highlanders come into the outing with a record of 2-6.
