Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK) fans exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their softball team tip the host Inola Longhorns (Inola, OK), 7-2 in a non-league match.

The Warriors (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Locust Grove (Locust Grove, OK). The Pirates come into the non-league match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Locust Grove was routed by Checotah (Checotah, OK), 10-1, in a non-league game.

The Longhorns now hold a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Sequoyah for a 4A District 7 game on Thursday, August 28. Inola will play a Eagles squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Salina (Salina, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 8-7.
