Keys Cougars (Park Hill, OK) supporters exited the stadium happy Tuesday as they observed their softball team get by the visiting Westville Yellowjackets (Westville, OK), 6-4 in a league match.
The Cougars (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Adair (Adair, OK). The Warriors go into the 3A match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, Adair tipped Kansas (Kansas, OK), 8-5, in a league match.
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Kansas Comets (Kansas, OK) in a 3A game, on Friday, August 29. Westville will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Comets enter the game with a 3-4 record after their 8-5 league loss to Adair (Adair, OK).
