Miami Wardogs (Miami, OK) fans exited the stadium happy Tuesday as they observed their softball team notch a victory over the visiting Vinita Hornets (Vinita, OK), 10-0 in a non-league match.

The Wardogs (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Grove (Grove, OK). The Ridgerunners go into the non-league match with a 6-4 record.

Next up, the Hornets play the Dewey Bulldoggers (Dewey, OK) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 29. Vinita will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Bulldoggers enter the game with a 9-3 record after their 13-3 league win over Commerce (Commerce, OK).
