The Spiro Bulldogs softball team (Spiro, OK), was routed 14-2 in Tuesday's league match with the visiting Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK)

The Indians (11-5) will now prepare for their match against Vian (Vian, OK). The Wolverines go into the 3A match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Vian was routed by Gore (Gore, OK), 13-0, in a non-league game.

The Bulldogs now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Henryetta for a 3A game on Thursday, August 28. Spiro will play a Knights squad coming off a 13-8 league win over Kellyville (Kellyville, OK). The Knights record now stands at 5-0.
