The Aggies (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Sardis (Boaz, AL). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Sardis beat New Hope (New Hope, AL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 27. Southside will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over West Point (Cullman, AL).
