North Carolina High School Volleyball - Southern Wake Academy Ascend Leadership

The Ascend Leadership Aviators topped the host Southern Wake Academy Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Aviators now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Woods Charter for a Central Tar Heel 1A outing on Thursday, August 28. Ascend Leadership will play a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Eno River Academy (Hillsborough, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Southern Wake Academy drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to River Mill (Graham, NC) to play the Jaguars in a Central Tar Heel 1A outing on Friday, August 29. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 3-3. River Mill won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Discovery Charter School (Bahama, NC)
